I dealt with William and I think he was an amazing sales man. He showed us all the options that we needed to know. Because of him and together with his manager, we ended up with the right car that we really wanted ( not to mention that we were fooled by the other dealer nissan sun ridge before we seek for their help ) . It is our first time to buy a brand new car, and to be honest we just wanted to buy the used car, but because of William determination and good sales talk we ended up buying the brand new one double our budget. On Saturday, March 28 I took my car into Northland Kia for servicing. Kim the reception at the Service desk greeted me 15 minutes early as I was there at 8am when she arrived. She is very pleasant and remembers my name all the time. My Rondo was in for an oil change and I had asked that they check the wheel Alignment. Kim called to say I needed the alignment and they could do it right away. Unfortunately the spring on the service bay door broke and I ended up having to wait an additional 1.5 hours for them to get my car out. When I got it back it was washed, the floors were vaccuumed and at my request I have a free oil change next time I bring it in to address the inconvenience of the extra wait time. WTG Kia, I appreciate all the great service.

I bought my Kia in 2011 and have had to come for service from time to time since then. The service has always been excellent, they are always very friendly and explain specifically what will be involved. Kim Yome is the person I deal with most frequently and she always deals with my enquiries in a timely manner. Plus, they have a shuttle to drive me home and pick me up when my vehicle is finished, AND my Sportage is always clean when I pick it up!

Went in one morning to Northland Kia to test drive a Sedona. I was greeted right away by a friendly salesperson (Tyler) at the door. He was very helpful and accommodating. Tyler answered my many questions and walked me through the different features of the vehicle. I felt that he went above and beyond his duty to make me feel important. I was surprised to actually drive the exact trim level that I wanted and it was nice to have a dealership cater to my needs for once. When one is making a purchase as important and as expensive as a car, one would expect the service to be exemplary. I’m happy to say that I received that service here. Ash was also very helpful and tried his best to help me and my family out and getting us into the right vehicle. Looking forward to getting the same service in the next few years from the service department as well. I’m sure the other sales staff are fantastic as well, but I would recommend going and talking with Tyler Baskin first.

Its been a year since my purchase of a ’14 Forte, and a ’13 Sportage. I had previously dealt with another dealership, but had heard good things about Northland. This dealership would be the one I recommend, as each tier, (sales, financing, parts and service) has delivered exceptional service. There have been glitches, as to be expected, but each issue was swiftly dealt with to my satisfaction. Kim in service is my favourite, she gets things done. A general query to Tom L. via email always produces an answer. Barb the shuttle driver is sweet and always on time, and never grumbles about picking me up from work! My service experience at Northland Kia was a challenge on my first appointment or two. However, it has been getting better, and my latest experience was terrific. Kim Yome was my service consultant and she assisted me promptly, was very friendly, able to answer all my questions, and let me know when my car was ready – WHEN PROMISED! That’s a big deal for me! And perhaps one of my favourite parts – I dropped off a dreadfully dirty vehicle, and picked up a sparkling clean one. Perhaps that’s a little thing for the dealership, but it’s a big thing for me.

My experience at the Northland Kia dealership was phenomenal. I decided one afternoon I would check out the Kia website and I was immediately offered a live chat with an available representative. At first I was skeptical, but decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised, I got wonderful service and was directly transferred to Vinh who promptly sent me an informative and friendly email telling me my next step in my car buying endeavor. I came in only days later for a test drive. Vinh was very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles, despite it only being his third week as a Kia sales representative. I left that day with my first round of paper work filled out. I was a car owner at last! And I felt great about it. The manager, Ash was patient and understanding with my whole process (as my mother was with me as my general advisor). I was also very pleased with the service I received from Tom, my Financial Services Consultant. He was friendly, personable and informative. It was a very easy process.
I would recommend this dealership, and also a Kia to anyone and believe me I do!
I purchased a new Rio in May and had such a great experience I thought I should share. I just graduated from high school and am headed to college in the fall. The Sales consultant (Jason Gordon) was very helpful and friendly. He was not pushy and did not give us the hard sell approach. He showed us the vehicle and options and provided test drives as required. He took the time to call us back and to provide a pick up from the train. He was very pleasant to talk to, one of the best we have ever experienced. Please make sure his approach does not change, and that others follow the same approach. We have been turned off many times by sales people at other dealerships.
